For those of you who want to source your own fasteners (titanium or otherwise), here is a list of the fasteners used in the MRCG. The stock fasteners are stainless steel, by the way.

All fasteners are M2x0.4 threaded.

9pc 4mm Pan head screw(not including screws for body posts)
8pc 8mm Pan head screw
9pc 4mm Flat head screw
4pc 5mm Flat head screw
8pc 8mm Flat head screw
2pc 16mm Flat head screw (add 2pc if using a front anti-roll bar)
25pc Hex Nut

Thanks Brian. 44 screws total and 25 nuts. Which of the screw count are machine screws for the nuts or are all the nuts the same size?

They're all the same size nuts, and you can use nylon or locking nuts for all of them as far as I know.

Brian, I guess I'm not making myself clear. You have given a list of screws by what appears to be length but have not included the diameter or whether they are self tapping or machine thread. The required nuts all being the same size is a good idea but what size. 2-56? 4-40? 1/4-20? Are they metric or standard?

Beg your pardon. I went back to your list and spotted the dimension at the top. It still doesn't say machine or self tapping though.

I believe M2x0.4 only comes in machine threaded. ;)
