well, i just recently played this game. its basically a cross between super smash brothers with all of the japanese shonen jump characters for the DS. its....so....l337.... the controls are like smash bros (with jump, attack, and guard buttons) and its also like a lot of games requireing special gauges. well, here's how it works, your character is on a stage a lot like the smash bros stages (difference is, you're surrounded by walls because if you look closely, you realize you are fighting on a manga panel and if you go up or to the left, you can see other manga panels). you can brake the walls and ring out people through there, or just kick the crap out of them until they run out of HP. the interesting part about this is on the bottom of the ds screen. its like a manga page with manga panels of different shapes and sizes. how this work is that you have a given area of space you can fill with manga panels. the bigger the panels are, the better they are so the panels that are a 1x1 square are not as good as the bigger ones like 7block ones. from the size of 4 and up, they are your actual fighting characters. the bigger they are, the better version they are (more hp, more defense, better specials, and stronger overall)but being that they are bigger, it limits you to how much you can put in. you can play with as many battle characters as you can fit (up to 4 i think) and while you are fighting, you can switch between all of them and fight with each one at a time. there are special combos like tag attacks and a "dream combo" which involves each of your usable characters doing their strongest special attack on one person. this game has a very interactive single player that has certain goals such as fighting without useing x button or so. if you do that, you can unlock more manga panels and usually the harder the goal, the better the manga panel you get. better yet, you can play wireless with your friends with 1 game or if you each have the game, you can use your own decks instead of the random ones you have to fight with.

problem is, this game isn't out in english yet. or ever. the problem is a lot of different licensing companies control different manga/anime released in america such as gainax for yugioh and atari for dragonball. bringing it out here would be too much trouble. if you can or can't read japanese, just get it. there are a lot of faq's out there that would allow you to navigate the game and when you're fighting, you dont need to know any language. if you dont have a DS, buy one just to play this game, its worth it. if you need to know more, check out this link: http://www.nintendo....ajsj/index.html (hope you can read japanese :D)

Sounds cool, do you have any screenshots or something of it?

What do you use the touchpad for?

Posted Image the bottom screen or touch screen shows your deck. you touch a panel and it activates it's effect such as changing character or healing life.
