It's mostly on August 28, starts at nearly midnight on August 27 in HST. Sounds like it's gonna be awesome, I'm probably gonna stay up for it. What do you guys think?

So far, so good; it's not cloudy tonight so there should be a good view of it!

Heh heh... I went to sleep last night ;D Getting up early sucks. But I can miss a lunar eclipse of 2. It's not like it's gonna kill me or anything. Anyway, upload those pics! They should be pretty cool.

So they weren't really good pictures :/ But I had to say, looking at the moon when it was turning different colors was amazing. However, nothing turned up on the camera which makes me sad. At first it was an amber color, then as time passed there the shades changed from amber to copper to blood red. At one point I thought the moon was a ripe peach.

Changed the topic so it's about any sort of space events....because the Perseid Meteor Shower is supposed to be at its best tomorrow night!

If the sky is clear, be sure to check it out!
